Here’s how a Field Day works:

You check the calendar and book your day (or days)
On that day, I’ll message you in the morning to get us started.
You can brief me on what you’re in the midst of & where you want support.
I’ll take that direction and be in and out of your field throughout the day.
We stay in touch via text and vm as you excavate, create, and process.
We end the day with a de-brief.
I’ll share any additional notes and we close with a little Energy Alchemy ritual.

Each Field Day is $222 due at the time of booking.
I don’t provide refunds should you need to cancel in advance, but you are welcome to reschedule.
